Land O'Lakes Venture37 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping communities around the world build economies by strengthening agriculture from farm-to-fork, helping businesses grow, and linking farmers to markets. Since our start in 1981, we have been leveraging nearly 100 years of expertise in dairy, animal nutrition, crop inputs and agricultural insights from our close affiliate, Land O’Lakes, Inc., a farmer-owned agribusiness committed to fulfilling its purpose of feeding human progress.

Our team is made up of nearly 350 employees who are committed to market-led approaches, and passionate about collaborating locally to create lasting inclusive economic growth. By unlocking the potential of agriculture for the last 36 years, the lives of more than 3 million people have been transformed through nearly 300 programs in more than 80 countries.

Cooperatives’ Fixed Assets Advisory

Call

From March 2024 through June 2024, an external fixed asset advisor will be hired to conduct an assessment on the operational status of the cooperative assets, coach members on the appropriate usage of the available equipment and execute maintenance for the needed assets. The main objective of this assessment is to improve the know-how and transfer the knowledge needed to the cooperative members to be able to run the equipment efficiently and have well maintained set of equipment.

External Consultant for CD4 final evaluation

The Cooperative Development-4 (CD4) program aims to improve cooperatives in Lebanon to better meet the growing needs of their members. The CD4 program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Venture37. Venture37 has designed the CD4 project to address system constraints and grow burgeoning opportunity areas, while leveraging the progress we and other private and public change agents have already made in Lebanon to drive continued cooperative development.

The Cooperative Development Activity 4 (CD4) is a $11.35M USD, 5-year (2018-2023) activity being implemented by Venture37 in Rwanda, Malawi and now Lebanon, with funding from USAID – Washington. The goal of CD4 is to advance cooperatives in all 3 countries so that they have the enabling environment, improved capacity, and resources to meet the evolving needs of their members. The work in Lebanon started as of October 2021.

Communications and Outreach Support

Job

The communications and outreach department is responsible for a board range of duties related to content and messaging. With the support of the technical team, communications materials are developed and delivered in many formats including, but not limited to: posts, reels, stories on all CD4 social media platforms, semi-annual and annual reports, videos, press releases, branding material. The department leads all outreach activities such as, but not limited to: fair, exhibitions, stakeholders meetings, CLP events, launching and closing events.
