Description: 

The "Women Center Supervisor" will be responsible of the following duties:

  • Ensure constant coordination with the Project Managers and provide them with the needed support and assistance,
  • Assist in events and activities coordination and logistics preparation,
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for projects implemented within the Women Center,
  • Follow up on the preparation and signature of contracts,
  • Perform the procurement process according to the appropriate regulations,
  • Collection and archiving of quotations/invoices/receipts,
  • Coordination with local suppliers for the delivery of goods and services,
  • Follow up on payments,
  • Act as main Petty Cash holder and manage money debits and credits on specific projects,
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled narrative report,
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly financial report,
  • Prepare attendance lists for all activities, maintain contact lists and all other documentation tasks,
  • Follow up on the efficient and effective work of the activities to be implemented within the Projects according to the logframe and yearly action plan,
  • Participate in meetings and/or trainings whenever and act as minute taker when necessary,
  • Coordinate with the Monitoring & Evaluation consultant,
  • Translate documents, as needed,
  • Perform other tasks as requested by line manager.

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Business Management or other administrative and social fields.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the administrative field (preferably within international and/or local NGOs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of procurement and finance related skills (petty cash, invoicing,…).
  • Good command of computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Good team working skills.
