INARA provides life-saving and life-altering medical care for children from conflict areas who have catastrophic injury or illness and are unable to access treatment due to war.
 
We step in to fill the gaps in access to medical treatment when not provided by other institutions or non-profits, including financial assistance where needed.  INARA does not compete with, but complements pre-existing medical facilities by building partnerships in order to secure reduced or pro bono care.
 
INARA acts as dedicated case managers, establishing the link between vulnerable children and a network of medical providers. We follow the case from beginning of treatment to the end, including through the rehabilitation stages.
 
The initial operation is based out of Beirut, Lebanon where we are focusing on children in the Middle East. We believe this is where need is the greatest and where we are best positioned to provide immediate care due to our pre-existing support network.

Job

The Caseworker is responsible for working with children who have conflict related injuries, connecting them to medical providers or humanitarian organisations for appropriate treatment. They will work closely with these partners to manage the case from start to finish. This person will report to the Casework Coordinator.
This is a part time position with the possibility to change into full time in the future.

The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for the overall financial management ensuring integrity of accounts, budgets and forecasts and will provide leadership in developing and maintaining a robust internal control and risk management framework. The person will also ensure proper financial planning, accurate expenses allocation and timely financial reporting and will contribute to an informed decision making process by providing financial analysis of the project performance. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Country Manager and the Finance, Fundraising&Admin Officer.
