International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. In Lebanon, International Medical Corps works to ensure access to quality health services for Syrian refugees, vulnerable Lebanese and other persons of concern by supporting a network of about 50 primary healthcare clinics and dispensaries across the country.

In order to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the programs, and to improve the delivery of future projects, the MEAL department is responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the project; monitoring the project activities on a regular basis, preparing reports on project progress, ensuring accountability and collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities.

The Web Development Officer is in charge of developing PHENICS modules and other online activities to better accomodate the needs of the programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of PHENICS modules (finance module, procurement module, patient medical file module, EMR, patient demographic data module, reporting module…)
  • Enhancement of existing modules and development of new modules based on the requirements supplied by the project teams.
  • Using ready to use components to enhance the performance and the design of the user interfaces.
  • Enhancement of the security and the performance of the systems due to the increment of centers
  • Technical support and maintenance of the layout and the web applications
  • Development of API for integration between PHENICS  and other systems
  • Enhancement of the electronic medical records based on the supplied documents feedback of the medical team
  • Development of chronic medication module.
  • Development of other systems for PHC Department
  • Any other duties requested by line managers.

Competency :

    • Visual Basic.NET, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s.
