The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
- Dusting furniture in all offices ( Daily )
- Dusting and moping the floor in the whole office ( Daily )
- Collecting Kitchenware from offices and meeting rooms and washing dishes ( daily and continuous checkup )
- Toilets cleaning and disinfecting ( Daily and continuous checkup )
- Ensuring that toilets are equiped with toilet paper, soap, hand towels ( daily and continuous check up )
- Window Cleaning ( Weekly )
- Doors cleaning ( Weekly )
- Prepare coffee for guests ( When needed )
- Inform officer manager when short in kitchen supplies.
