Description: 

Insan is seeking to hire a project coordinator who is expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Recruit participants from target communities to participate in paralegal formation and training
  • Find venues, and prepare material for trainings
  • Develop training curriculum in consultation with the management team
  • Contribute to creating awareness on rights material
  • Ensure the timely delivery of awareness sessions to target communities
  • Oversee the timely delivery of legal services to cases referred internally and provide regular follow up on case progress
  • Convene weekly case management meetings with project staff including paralegals and lawyers
  • Ensure the timely implementation of all project activities and report on project progress internally and externally as required
  • Undertake reporting duties, including the drafting of narrative reports and financial reports and other reporting duties as required
  • Internally monitor and evaluate the progress of the project regularly using or by developing M&E tools. 
  • Report on a regular basis to INSAN’s Executive Manager.
