Company Program aims to unleash students' entrepreneurial spirit. Students take 12 weekly sessions at the company with professionals who guide them and advice them on various management and entrepreneurial topics. The goal is for the students to create a company. They carry out a feasibility study, make a business plan, sell stocks to raise capital, divide into management teams, produce an actual good or service, market it and sell it, and finally, liquidate the company and distribute the dividends.
Company Program allows the participants to experience the full life cycle of a company while learning the intricacies needed to create and manage a successful start up. The program increases their likelihood of becoming successful entrepreneurs.
At the end of the program, Injaz Lebanon organizes a national competition to choose the best Lebanese Student Company. The winner enters the regional competition, including 11 other Arab student companies, during which various awards such as

Activities: 
Session 1: Introductions In groups of 5 to 6, students introduce themselves and identify three qualities for each using a table provided in the workbook. The goal of the exercise is to help students recognize where they can add value in the company they will be forming with their groups. Students are then introduced to the different departments of a Company and how a company works. Session 2: Distribution of Roles Based on the results of the first session, students within each group are divided into departments according to their skills.
