Invitation to bid - Network solution and server for Human Call Association

The Human Call Association is in need to install a network solution and server at Al-Nidaa Hospital in Ein El-Hilweh Camp.  Applying companies must deliver and implement the installation by qualified and trained personnel within the specified location.  Companies must give enough training sessions for IT personnel regarding proper ways of safety precautions required for operating the installed system, as well as its proper use.  Hard or soft copies (later preferred) of catalogues, user's manual, service manual, and wiring diagrams are to be supplied within the package. Capacity of providing spare parts when needed as well as on-site post-sales service is eminent. A minimum of 36-month warranty is a must.
