  • Ensure the implementation of the safe parks strategy in his region
  • Recruit and train several volunteers in collaboration with the Area Manager in different regions to become active agents of prevention in their community
  • Prepare, implement and monitor the work of the volunteers during awareness activities and events addressed to children and caregivers
  • Coordinate and advocate with main stakeholders and community leaders
  • Coordinate and follow up on the ongoing safe parks activities with the relevant partners.
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader, the Area Manager regarding the awareness activities of the safe park
  • Prepare the recreational activities with the animators before conducting them
  • Monitor or conduct awareness sessions (or conferences) related to child protection topics and Life Skills activities for children, when needed
  • Help the Team Leader and Area Manager to open new contacts in his/her region
  • Attend all the meetings with the Program Manager
  • Attend all capacity building sessions provided for the prevention team 
  • Fill evaluation sheets provided by M&E unit

  • Evaluate the work periodically with the team leader

  • Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader

  • Follow up with the animators to provide visibility material for himaya
