INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS
- Handicap International is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, our action and testimony are focused on responding to their essential needs, improving their living conditions and promoting respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights.
Handicap International is a not-for-profit organization with no religious or political affiliation. It operates as a federation made up of a network of associations that provide it with human and financial resources, manage its projects and implement its actions and social mission.
- HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites experienced firms to submit bids, in Lebanon, for:
Lot 1: Provision of physical rehabilitation materials
Lot 2: Car rental services
Contracts will be awarded lot by lot.
- These instructions are intended to aid the bidders in the preparation of their tenders. The periods named in these instructions shall be consecutive calendar days, if a due date falls on a local holiday, the next workday will be considered.
- Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of their offer.

- The tender must be received before the deadline specified in 2.3 (in the attached instructions). They must include all the documents specified in clause 3 of the attached instructions and be sent to the following address:

From November 15th to November 24rd: Possible to ask questions

From November 16th to November 26th: Possible to reply to the questions - Logistics
- November 2017
29th: Verification of the document + Control of the bidders; Committee
- December 2017
5th: Opening of the folders + BID Analyse + Financial control; Committee
7th to 15th: Technical Visit for the suppliers that pass the 2 previous steps.
21st to 26th: Send the Letter to the Final Selected and not-Selected Supplier(s)
