HIRING OF VEHICLES ON MONTHLY BASIS

Expertise France (the “Contracting Authority”) is the French public agency for international technical assistance. It aims at contributing to sustainable development based on solidarity and inclusiveness, mainly through enhancing the quality of public policies within the partner countries. Expertise France designs and implements cooperation projects addressing skills transfers between professionals. The agency also develops integrated offers, assembling public and private expertise in order to respond to the partner countries' needs. 

Expertise France is responsible for implementing in Lebanon a program aiming to support the Syrian refugee population and the Lebanese host communities. The program seeks to improve social stability between communities in Lebanon through a comprehensive and local approach. The program “QUDRA– Resilience for Syrian refugees, IDPs and host communities in response to the Syrian and Iraqi crises’” is a regional action financed by the EU Regional Trust Fund (Madad) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

In the framework of this program Expertise France, with the support of the Ministry of Social Affairs in Lebanon is seeking to rent public transport vehicles (Buses and Cars) for 8 Social Development Centers (SDCs) in the following areas:

• Syr Al Dennieh (Dennieh region)
• Tekrit (Akkar region)
• Ghazir (Mount Lebanon region)
• Ain AL Remmaneh (Beirut region)
• Majdal Anjar (Bekaa region)
• Chmustar (Baalbek region)
• Ansar (Nabatieh region)
• Doueir (Nabatieh region)
