Dexis Consulting Group is recruiting for business advisors for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded Lebanon Enterprise Development (LED) program. The program aims to increase employment opportunities for Lebanese citizens and facilitate the provision of business development services and solutions to Lebanese firms, enabling them to expand their activities, increase sales, and create jobs.
The Business Promotion Officer(s) will be responsible for:
Delivering a range of consulting to small to medium-sized Lebanese firms, including:
Helping identify constraints to growth
Facilitating and providing direct assistance to client firms
Supporting firms with linking to new markets and buyers
Fostering relationships with business associations, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of five years of direct experience in private sector development, in areas such as management, sales and marketing, finance, trade and export promotion
Excellent problem-solving skill and the ability to think creatively
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven track record of generating jobs and sales
Fluency in Arabic and ability to communicate in English
