Invitation to Quotation for Desludging Works at ITS in Akkar Area

1. Supplies/Services to be provided

              CONCERN invites Registered Contractors to submit expression of interest for Desludging of Sewerage at its Informal Settlement Sites in Akkar. The sites referred to are located in areas at: Arqa, Deir Dalloum, Wadi El Jamous, Bebnine, Mhammra, Bzal, Bqerzla, Akroum, Noura El Tahta, Amriyat Akkar, Kweshra, Andit, Hnaider, Qabait, Rihaniyet Minieh and Wadi Khaled. The desludging quantity will be depending on the desludging need of the informal settlements’ tanks. The desludging work is not only for large septic tank, but is also for small septic tanks, Holding tanks of different sizes (1; 3 or 6 meter cube volume), and for any pit indicated by the supervisor engineer or team leader or program manager. The sludge is to be transferred to the WWTP at Tripoli. The project is funded by UNICEF under their Syrian Crisis Response programme.  The result for the quotation will be valid for one year.

تدعو كونسيرن المقاولين المسجلين لتقديم الاعراب عن الاهتمام بإزالة الصرف الصحي في مواقع المخيمات الغير رسمية في عكار. المواقع المشار اليها كالاتي : عرقا , دير دلوم , وادي الجاموس , ببنين , محمرة , بقرزلا, اكروم , النورا التحتا , كواشرة , عندقت , وادي خالد , ريحانية المنية .إن الكمية المراد سحبها تحدد وفقا لحجم المخيم. إن سحب الجور لا يقتصر على الجور الكبيرة بل  ايضا على الجور الصحية الصغيرة على اختلاف احجامها ( 1 – 3 -6 متر مكعب )، ولأي حفرة يحددها المهندس المشرف أو قائد الفريق أو مدير البرنامج.  الكمية المسحوبة يجب أن تنقل إلى طرابلس _ المحجر الصحي _ هذا المشروع ممول من  قبل UNICEF   ضمن إطار برنامج الاستجابة للأزمة السورية .

ستكون نتيجة عرض الاسعار صالحة لمدة عام واحد .

Concern requests a mandatory meeting in Concern office to explain the work agreement and answer any question from the contractors.

The entire interested bidder, are oblige to attend the meeting on 21 June 2018 Thursday at 10.30 AM.

طلب اجتماع الزامي :

تطلب كونسيرن عقد اجتماع الزمامي في مكتبها وذلك لشرح اتفاقية العمل والإجابة عن اي سؤال من المقاولين. يلزم مقدمي العروض بالحضور للاجتماع في الخميس  21 / حزيران / 2018 الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحا.
