Community Development Program Assistant

Brief Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist project coordinator in social assessment, in identifying skills assets, needs and issues
  • Perform all administrative tasks of all community dev. programs follow up, contacts, etc.
  • Meet people / candidates to programs and fill in social assessment forms
  • Follow up with individuals on all program execution levels and after program completion
  • Visit on site implementation of the sessions and ensure proper ongoing process
  • Assist and support in the info preparation of the required reports 
  • Assist in the preparation of the graduation ceremony of communication development  program and implement all planned organization
  • Assuming administrative and reporting responsibilities. 
  • Hold individual or group sessions as need be.
  • Assist in receiving beneficiaries after the inpatient recovery program and explain the Re-integration program
  • Follow up with healthcare and family agent on health and legal issues of Re-integration program beneficiaries
  • Issue Monthly report of individuals status and recovery progress
  • Follow up and maintain social assistance with Re-integration beneficiaries graduates
  • Coordinate job search and vacancies with business organization  for RP final phase completion and ensure appropriate training or job for beneficiaries re integration
  • Assist in the implementation of the needs assessment according to the program’s needs.
  • Support in writing/editing draft questionnaires and assessments.

 

Education: BA in Social Work – HR - Social Sciences- Public Health. A Master degree is a plus.

 

Experience: A preferred minimum experience of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant “development programs, social work or service, in health care, NGO programs or educational & training organizations.
