OBJECTIVE:

The Logistics Assets Officer is responsible for planning, tracking and managing the portfolio of the organizational assets in a sustainable and cost effective management.

DUTIES:

  • Maintain an efficient inventory system for the fixed assets, attractive controlled assets and non-attractive items 
  • Ensure that all assets request forms are accurately handled
  • Assure effective follow up on all transfer records physically and on dynamics
  • Follow up and keep records on damaged/lost items
  • Keep logs and records of assets stock in accurate orders
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in collecting and compiling monthly logistics report related to assets
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Maintain an efficient inventory system for the fixed assets, attractive controlled assets and non-attractive items.
