• Bids should be submitted in English by a sealed envelope labeled with the RFP# and Reference#.
• Deadline for clarifications is 23 July 2018 at 11:00 am
• Deadline to submit offers is 25 July 2018 at 11:00 am
• Date of opening offers is 25 July 2018 at 12:00 noon
• Late submissions will not be considered.
• All Annexes in the RFP should be properly filled, signed and stamped
• A site visit will be coordinated shortly this week
