Reports To: The Business Advisor will report to Berytech Program Manager.
Job Overview: The Business Advisor/s (BA) shall possess the minimum qualifications and skill sets listed below. They must possess acute Business acumen and must have hands-on experience in the private sector. They will be responsible for making linkages, identifying sales leads and supporting SME’s in increasing their sales and growing their operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Use their personal and professional networks to make linkages, identify networking opportunities and initiate collaborations that will bring sales leads
- Identify SME’s that could benefit from the program and onboard them after a criteria-fit assessment and initial needs assessment
- Understand the requirements of SME’s and source of business problems and develop solutions accordingly
- Is familiar with the Buyer- led approach: strive to understand the customers’ needs and how the SME’s can fulfill the needs and wants of these customers
- Performs an appropriate assessment of the SME’s and provide advice related to organizational improvements
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or other advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create trusting and professional relationships with business owners and community members
- Hands-on business experience with Lebanese firms
