Description:
- Cleaning
- Clean office floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Monitor Office security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Notify AFO concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Help in the supervision of any minor repairs that need to be done in the office.
- Messenger/Clerk responsibilitie

Preparing and serving tea or any other meals during official hours and meetings.
- Collecting and delivering mail and other communications from/to Asmae / other concerned parties.
- Help in the supervision of any minor repairs that need to be done in the office.
- Assist the administration department by obtaining required information from agencies, suppliers and others.
- Other office duties such as photocopying, handling of in-coming/out-going phones, screening of visitors when called upon etc.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary.
