Tankamel Sawa, a Lebanese Humanitarian organization supported by arche noVa, a German international humanitarian organization funded by German Government, is seeking to engage contractors in the : REHABILITATION WORKS FOR THE WELLS IN KFIFAN (BATROUN), El JESSIR (TRIPOLI), OYOUN (AKKAR) and SUPPLY A BOOSTER PUMP FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN KFARHALDA (BATROUN)

EVALUATION PROCESS

Tenders will be evaluated by order of importance on the criteria listed below:

1. Demonstrable ability to perform all functions related to the scope within the time specified
2. Completed and duly signed and stamped tender documents and Goods Manufacturers Submittals
3. Bidders’ business profile (incl. Organogram, Insurance, Equipment’s related to the project)
4. Total price
5. Years of relevant experience
6. Compliance with Tankamel Sawa and arche noVa terms and conditions
7. Bidders’ recommendation letters/ past performance
8. List of similar projects
9. Site visit participation
10. Experiences and origin in the area of intervention
11. Quality of the submittals
12. Method statement

TENDER PROCESS

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers (All relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and stamped tender dossier in person and not by e-mail in a sealed envelope to our office (address mentioned)

Site visit

• A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on 2 and 5 of November 2018
• The meeting point for the site visit is the Office address, meeting time is 9 AM.
