REHABILITATION WORKS IN THE DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN KOUSBA (Al-KOURA)-LEBANON

The project consists of the rehabilitation works of the drinking water treatment plant in kousba (Al-Koura), Lebanon.

This invitation to bid is open to all Contractors who meet the qualification requirements listed in the Bidding Data Sheet included in the Tender Documents.

A site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on March 19^th, 2018. The meeting point for the site visit is the above mentioned Office address, meeting time is 9 AM.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the above mentioned address by March 28^th, 2018, 2 pm (Beirut time).

Please note the following:

1. We will not send the tender documents via Email. Please visit us in our office to collect the files in soft copy.
2. Only Registered and classified companies are considered.
3. The evaluation of the tenderers will be based on the following:
   • Experience of the tenderer in similar work (list of similar activities), time of implementation, site visit participation, recommendation letters, company profile, quality of filling out the tender documents, the quality of the submittals etc
   • Financial offers which exceed or underprice the fair market estimated costs will be excluded from further evaluation
   • Offers which exceed or under match our estimated time of implementation will be excluded from the tender. The set deadline for finishing the construction work is June 30^th, 2018. Please attach an implementation time plan.
4. Please submit the relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and stamped tender dossier.
5. More than one pricing option is not acceptable.
6. Only tenders submitted in the prescribed form and deadline will be considered.
7. To be qualified for the current Bid, Bidders must meet the following criteria:
   • A Bank certificate for access to liquid assets and/or evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities of not less than 20,000 USD (Twenty Thousand United States Dollars) or equivalent sufficient to meet the construction cash flow for the above contract for a period of 4 (Four) months.
   • Average Annual Turnover in construction works of average 100,000 USD (One Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) or equivalent over the past 3 years.
   • General experience of a minimum of 1 year in the construction of public works projects. The Bidder must provide evidence showing the required number of years.
