INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AND REPAIR OF EXISTING WATER AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN 8 PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN AKKAR AND T5

Lot 1: Schools in Tripoli (Al Tahzibiye Public School for Girls, Al Nahda Public School for Girls, and Al Namouzaj Public School for Girls)

Lot 2: Schools in Akkar (Fnaydek Mixed Public School, Fnaydek Al Gharbiyyi Mixed Public School, Houweich Mixed Public School, and Jdeidet El Joumeh Mixed Public School)

EVALUATION PROCESS

Tenders will be evaluated by order of importance on the criteria listed below:

1. Demonstrable ability to perform all functions related to the scope within the time specified;
2. Completed and duly signed and stamped tender documents and the Goods Manufacturers Submittals sheet;
3. Bidders’ business profile (incl. organogram, insurance, and equipment’s related to the project);
4. Total price;
5. Years of relevant experience;
6. Compliance with Tankamel Sawa and arche noVa terms and conditions;
7. Bidders’ recommendation letters/ past performance;
8. List of similar projects;
9. Site visit participation;
10. Experiences in and origin from the area of intervention;
11. Quality of the submittals;
12. Method statement.

TENDER PROCESS

interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers (All relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and stamped tender dossier) in person and not by e-mail in a sealed envelope at our office (address mentioned below).

Site visit

• A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on the 5th of November 2018 for lot 1  and the 6th of November 2018 for lot 2.
• The meeting point for the site visit is the Office address, meeting time at 9 am.
