CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AND REPAIR OF EXISTING WATER AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN 10 PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN AKKAR AND T5

Tankamel Sawa, a Lebanese Humanitarian organization supported by arche noVa, a German international humanitarian organization funded by the German Government, is seeking to engage contractors in the following project :construction of new and repair of existing water and sanitation services in the below mentioned 10 public schools

CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AND REPAIR OF EXISTING WATER AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN 10 PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN AKKAR AND T5

Lot 1: schools in Akkar (Kfartoun high public school, Qobayat public school for girls, Dawra Mixed public school)

Lot 2: schools in Danniyeh (Debeel mixed public school, Harf beit zod mixed public school, Sir Danniyeh High public school)

Lot 3: schools in Zgharta-Tripoli- Danniyeh (Imar public school, Iaal mixed public school, Ayrouniye public school, Zehriye public school for boys)

Deadline for bids submission: Monday 14 May  2018 at 2:00 pm

Please note the followings:

• A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on the 2^nd of May 2018 for Lot1, 3^rd of May 2018 for Lot 2 and 8^th of May 2018 for Lot3.The gathering point for the site visit is the Office address, and gathering time is 8:00 am. Bidders with our team will leave the office at 8:30 am for schools visit.

EVALUATION PROCESS

The evaluation of the tenderers will be based on the following:

• Experience of the tenderer in similar work (list of similar activities), time of implementation, site visit participation, recommendation letters, company profile, quality of filling out the tender documents, the quality of the submittals, etc.
• Financial offers which exceed or underprice the fair market estimated costs will be excluded from further evaluation.
• Offers which exceed or under match our estimated time of implementation will be excluded from the tender. The set deadline for finishing the construction work is 20^th of July 2018. Please attach an implementation time plan.
• More than one pricing option is not acceptable.
• Only tenders submitted in the prescribed form and deadline will be considered.

TENDER PROCESS

All interested and eligible contractors are requested to submit their offers (all relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and stamped tender dossier in person in a sealed envelope) at our office address.

Bidders are free to submit their offers for 1 lot, 2 lots or 3 lots (offers should all be in one envelope). However, a bidder can be awarded only one lot which is the most advantageous in terms of price/quality between other offers of the same lot.
