Call for tender: REHABILITATION OF TARANE WATER PUMPING STATION

Tankamel Sawa, a Lebanese Humanitarian organization supported by arche noVa, a German international humanitarian organization funded by the German Government, is seeking to engage contractors in the: REHABILITATION OF TARANE WATER PUMPING STATION.

EVALUATION PROCESS

 

Tenders will be evaluated by order of importance on the criteria listed below:

  1. Demonstrable ability to perform all functions related to the scope within the time specified
  2. Completed and duly signed and stamped tender documents and Goods Manufacturers Submittals
  3. Bidders’ business profile (incl. Organogram, Insurance, Equipment’s related to the project)
  4. Total price
  5. Years of relevant experience
  6. Compliance with Tankamel Sawa and arche noVa terms and conditions
  7. Bidders’ recommendation letters/ past performance
  8. List of similar projects
  9. Site visit participation
  10. Experiences and origin in the area of intervention
  11. Quality of the submittals
  12. Method statement

How to apply

Tender

Power And Energy (water) and / or the North Lebanon Water Establishment

·        Registration proof in the Ministry Of Finance (VAT

TENDER PROCESS

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers
(All relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and
stamped tender dossier in person and not by e-mail in a sealed envelope to our
office (address above)

Site visit

·        A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested
tenderers on 11 January 2019

·        The meeting point for the site visit is the Office
address, meeting time is 9 AM.
