To all interested legally registered Lebanese companies specialized in the publishing and distribution of books in Lebanon: Ana Aqra in partnership with World Learning Inc. are implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Improvement (QITABI) Project, formally invites interested bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder's request to receive the full Request For Quotation (RFQ) for " the supply and distribution of books" to be supplied to a number of selected Public Schools and DOPS centers in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE). The RFQ, including all specifications, terms and conditions is available by sending an email to: [email protected] . Final bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Ana Aqra Beirut offices on Friday April 7, 2017 no later than 3:00 p.m. Beirut time
