Waste Bins - Call for Tenders
As part of Anera’s “Community-Based Solid waste management” project funded by UNHCR and in partnership with several municipalities in Bekaa, Qsarnaba, Temnine el Tahta, Bednayel, Al Kaa, Baalbeck, Khiyara, Manara and Bar Elias, Anera is inviting interested bidders to submit their proposals for the production of Waste Bins.
كجزء من مشروع انيرا "المشروع المجتمعي لإدارة النفايات الصلبة" الممول من مفوضية شؤون اللاجئين وبشراكة مع عدة بلديات في البقاع: منها: قصرنبا ، بدنايل، تمنين التحتا، القاع، بعلبك، الخيارة، المنارة، بر الياس، انيرا تدعو مقدمين العروض المهتمين بتقديم مقترحاتهم لإنتاج حاويات نفايات.
How to apply
Technical and financial proposal should be submitted by hand in one big envelope sealed with red wax titled Waste Bins Proposal before Monday, 18 November 2019 4:00 P.M.
Inside the red-wax sealed envelope, there should be two other envelopes:
- Envelope 1: Labeled “technical proposal”, and contains:
- The technical proposal
- A signed copy of the Declaration of Impartiality, Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest (Annex I)
- A letter containing the name of the tenderer and their contact details (name, telephone, email etc…)
- Envelope 2: Labeled “financial proposal”, and contains:
- The financial proposal
- A letter containing the name of the tenderer and their contact details (name, telephone, email etc…)
Incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified.
Anera reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, cancel the bidding process and to reject all quotations at any time prior to the award of the contract.
المقترح التقني والمالي يجب ان يسلم باليد في مغلف كبير مختوم بالشمع الأحمر تحت عنوان عرض حاويات النفايات قبل الأثنين ،18تشرين الثاني 2019 4:00 بعد الظهر.
يجب أن يحتوي الظرف المختوم بالشمع الأحمر على ظرفين:
- الظرف الأول: عنوانه "الاقتراح التقني" يحتوي على:
- الاقتراح التقني،
- مستند الإعلان عن السرية والنزاهة وتضارب المصالح (المرفق الأول) موقعاً،
- رسالة تحتوي على اسم مقدم العرض وتفاصيل التواصل (إسم، هاتف، بريد الكتروني إلخ...)
- الظرف الثاني: عنوانه "الاقتراح المالي" يحتوي على:
- الاقتراح المالي
- رسالة تحتوي على اسم مقدم العرض وتفاصيل التواصل (إسم، هاتف، بريد الكتروني إلخ...)
الطلبات الغير مكتملة سيتم رفضها فوراً.
انيرا لها الحق في قبول او رفض اي عرض اسعار و الغاء اي عروض مقدمة في اي وقت قبل منح العقد.
