Communication Consultant

The Communication consultant will be in charge of rethinking "ALEF", and the "Working Group - People Affected by the Syrian Crisis Network WG-PASC" presence online, the target audience, the communication strategies and, develop and improve ALEF’s capacities in terms communication and visibility.
Communication Structure
- Identify ALEF’s and PASC’s target audience based on their mandates.
- Draft ALEF’s communication strategy.
- Improve the PASC’s communication strategy.
- Come up with a dissemination calendar for online material.
- Provide feedback and improve ALEF’s and PASC’s websites (visibility, content, lay out, etc.).
- Develop a storage system to improve ALEF’s knowledge management (retention and transfer) in terms of communication and visibility.
Communication Material
- Come up with templates, models, and structures for online material.
- Come up with a mapping of media, emerging media, bloggers and accounts to monitor and push for contact in relation to ALEF’s mandates and activities.
- Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities.
