Summary

The management consultant will provide and document a thorough analysis of each project situation to deliver a fresh perspective to our team. She/he must be a natural communicator who can gain consensus, be accurate, understandable and provide actionable suggestions to guide our programs to be more functional, more successful, and to raise our standards across the Al Fayhaa Association.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate short-term or long-term projects, addressing a range of issues and needs
  • Collaborate with management or other staff to learn about their goals and requirements
  • Utilize both traditional and modern assessment tools, such as interviews, surveys, and evaluations.
  • Understand situational interpretations and analyze data to identify and understand challenges
  • Present and explain findings to leadership team and individuals
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvements that meet our objectives
  • Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
  • Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
  • Formulate plans for implementation of recommendations
  • Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working
  • Negotiate and overcome objections from stakeholders and various levels of management
  • Suggest and resource training needed to meet challenges that may arise

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification

  • An advanced university degree (Master's) in Management.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of five (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial post is required.
  • Experience in report writing.

Skills

  • Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Capacity to work in teams and flexibility to take on new tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Project, Visio and Excel.
  • Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Skills in numerical and statistical analysis is a plus.

  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail.
  • Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of Tripoli, Lebanon.
