Shuttle Services Provider for Students - مؤمن خدمات نقل طلاب

Al-Fayhaa is currently seeking to contract with an external firm or person to provide the following services:

1. Regular shuttle services to and from Al-Fayhaa's different centers located in different areas of Tripoli

Contracted service provider is expected to have the following:

• Valid Driver's License
• Registered vehicle in a mechanically and electrically sound shape insured against accidents.

2. Contract Type

Services Agreement – 9 months (Can be extended depending on the availability of additional funding)

3. Reporting & Hierarchy

Contracted service provider will report to:

1. The procurement manager regarding the schedule of commutes and payments.
2. The General Manager of Al-Fayhaa regarding any other matter.

4. Financial Compensation

Al-Fayhaa will reward the selected service provider on a session basis.

Interested individuals or firms are to declare their hourly rate in their proposals.

5. Start date & period of implementation

The intended start date is immediate and the period of implementation of the contract will be nine (9) months from the contract signature date. Period may be extended depending on the extension of the program and / or provision of additional funding.

6. Compensation of Working Hours

Performance of the contract (and therefore payment) is based solely on the actual completed trips on the basis of the fee rate mentioned in the financial offer.

7. Hired contractors must comply with the following requirements:

a. Professional Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in transporting children and youths from and to schools or academic institutions.

b. Educational Qualifications

• Middle School or High School diplomas

c. Core Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
• Maturity, good moral character, and integrity
• Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of Tripoli, Lebanon.
• Must pass background checks
