Rehabilitation in Wadi Khaled
In this respect, AND is in the process of rehabilitation of a building located in Wadi Khaled to convert it into an innovation lab as per UNICEF’s standards. As per UNICEF recommendation, all rehabilitation works shall be monitored by an independent contractor Accordingly, this call for tenders is conducted using AND's guidelines, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
Required Documents for Bidders:
- A professional certificate appropriate to this contract and/or an association registration's number
- Proof of a minimum 5 years of experience in this field
- Copy of the ID or Passport
- A detailed price estimate
- A calendar specifying the period needed for completion of the works
Any missing document will eliminate the contractor’s bid.
How to apply
All bidders are required to pass by AND office (Halba main road, Christex Bldg next to Bank Med, 1st floor, Procurement office.) to collect the full tender document (BOQ) by Friday, February 23, at 4 pm. Upon receipt of BOQs, a site visit will be scheduled for all bidders on the 27th and 28th of February before submitting their bids. Tenders must remain valid for a period of 30 days after the deadline of submission of the tenders.
Deadline for submission of tenders: Monday, March 5, 2018 at 4 pm
N.B: Priority is given to experts and/or providers of services from the area as part of the available development plan of the region.
Distribution of points:
· 10 PTS for experts and/or providers of services from the area
· 10 PTS for required documents
· 15 PTS for shortest period of time required to accomplish the job
· 65 PTS for the price offered
