AFD seeks to finance a "neighborhood approach" project, with a strong social and gender equality dimension, targeting refugee and host communities in vulnerable urban neighborhoods The objective is to respond to needs expressed by communities, strengthen social cohesion, enhance trust between local authorities and the communities. The current assignment is a feasibility study to prepare a call for proposals that aims to select “neighborhood approach project in Lebanon”. The study will aim at defining the exact scope of the project.

Job

L'Agence Française de Développement met un oeuvre, sur financement Européen, un programme d'assistance technique en appui aux réformes structurelles du secteur de l'eau et de l'assainissement au Liban. Ce programme, appelé Water Reform Programme, est exécuté depuis 2020 en étroite collaboration avec le Ministère de l'Energie et de l'eau, ainsi que les 4 établissements régionaux des eaux opérateurs du service. Ainsi, l'AFD cherche un expert sectoriel expérimenté ou un gestionnaire de programme expérimenté pour assurer le suivi de toutes les activités et faciliter la dialogue institutionnel.
