ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. ACCOUNTING
  1. Post Adyan’s Transactions on Accounting System
  2. Perform Suppliers' Accounts Reconciliation
  3. Document, file and archive accounting transactions
  1. PAYMENTS
  1. Effect the payments to the suppliers or beneficiaries, in office and in Activities’ venue outside the office when needed
  1.  STOCK
  1. Assist the Accounting coordinator in managing the Publications Stock Project (stock, selling, budget, planning, events, etc.)
  2. Assist the Accounting coordinator in managing Adyan Publications' Stand during Exhibitions and Events
  1. OTHERS
  1. Abide by the Foundation's Policies and Procedures and the Lebanese Legal Laws and Rules
  2. Perform any other task as requested by the Line Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. BA in Finance/Accounting
  2. 1 year work or intern experience in this field.  
  3. Professional command of spoken and written English and Arabic. 
  4. Professional command of computer (Word, Excel, Internet communication, navigation, etc.), and familiar with Accounting system
  5. Strong capacity for time management and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent teamwork capacity.   
  7. Personal belief in and support of Adyan’s mission and values.
