ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) partner in the SABIL consortium, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following description of the works/products:
ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot
Suppliers can bid for one or several lots. If the supplier answers only to one lot, this supplier will be considered as eligible for the tender.
How to apply
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Document package (drawings, Bid Condition, technical, general specifications, etc.) (in English) should be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address no later than 08/02/2019:
ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut
The eligible companies will be only the ones who have a copy of the Lebanese Contractors classification as:
a. Grade one classification Contractor for Water Project with the Ministry of Energy and Water, and
b. Five stars classified contractor (roads, civil works, and buildings) in CDR (Council of Development and Reconstruction), and
c. Establishment projects in the value of at least two million USD during the last five years.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted no later than 22/02/2019 (February, 22nd 2019) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in two sealed separate envelopes or two separate Emails (1- offer form 2-all other related and requested documents) to [email protected], cc: [email protected]. Late bids will automatically be rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on the 25th of February 2019 (exact time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
