ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers of service providers to submit their bid offer to be considered under Framework contract for the following items for the year 2020.
Lot: 1
Description: IT Maintenance (One year framework agreement) One visit per week and 24/7 remote support
Location: Beirut
The tender will be for the signature of framework agreement valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) can be downloaded from the “Daleel Madani” website at www.daleel-madani.org.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted no later than 14/08/2020 (August 14, 2020) at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) by E-mail at [email protected], Cc [email protected]. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
