To develop the cultural, social, educational, environmental and health capacities of the benefeciaries, as well as to implement the articles of the Charter of Rights for Children.

- To foster early childhood
- To provide rehabilitation programs in IT, languages, music and theater, as well as to eradicate illetracy
- To establish relationships with people around and to organize parties and entertaining activities
- To organize weekly forums on health guidance for mother and child
- To receive drop-out and wirking children and rehabilitate them on educational, psychological, social and cultural levels
- To open a club for sports and entertainment activities specially for teenagers
