01/PA/2020 - For the procurement of 1 ventilator for adults
The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the funding from the Polish Aid is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project in the governorates of Akkar.
The procurement of a ventilator is part of the Polish Aid project implemented in response to the scarcity of medical supplies and challenges faced by the health services and the communities in Lebanon in times where the number of Covid-19 infections is constantly increasing.
How to apply
PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.
This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Section 2: Instruction to Bidders
Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
Section 4: Evaluation Criteria
Section 5: Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms

- Form B: Bidder Information Form
- Form C: Qualification Form
- Form D: Delivery Schedule
- Form E: Price Schedule
Only candidates who are able to deliver the procured ventilator within 15 days from the date of order are requested to submit their bids.
Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in accordance to the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.
