Context & Background

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

 

The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

  1. A disruptive scientific or technological focus in the Clean-tech sector.
  2. The possibility to scale beyond the local market
  3. The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally

Scope of work

The Accelerator Program seeks a Sales Consultant to improve the entrepreneurs’ sales skills and help them drive better startup sales processes and outcomes:

 

  • Demonstrate the role of sales and negotiation in the startup’s lifecycle and daily activities
  • Deliver the latest and greatest in sales educational material
  • Define the multiple sales strategies and techniques and the best contexts for each
  • Help entrepreneurs identify their and their team’s sales needs, strengths and weaknesses
  • Guide startups to define and set their sales objectives and KPIs
  • Enable startups with the tools and frameworks to assess and diagnose sales performance gaps and recommend practical, timely and effective solutions to close those gaps
  • Assess the startup’s sales strategies on an individual basis and provide feedback accordingly

 

Qualifications

 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Trainer or similar role, preferably with a startup or in a startup environment
  • Possess strong selling knowledge and skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the training, sales processes and best practices
  • Hands on experience managing the full training cycle
  • Exceptional platform delivery and facilitation skills - ability to deliver training programs from existing materials and teach sales-related training modules
  • Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs and sales professionals
  • Demonstrated success in recommending learning solutions to drive sales results
