1-TENDER PURPOSE: 

NRC is seeking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) or to have a preferred supplier that can offer competitive prices for supply of Building, Electrical and Air Conditioning Materials & Equipment for NRC Youth Vocational Trainings and to be delivered all over Lebanon.

Main locations of delivery points are:  Zahle- Beqaa, Tyre-South, Tripoli and Akkar- North of Lebanon.

The contract will be for Twelve (12) months’ period extendable to a maximum of Twenty Four (24) months upon satisfactory vendor performance.

2-ELIGIBILITY:

Eligible bidders are:

1. Companies registered in the Ministry of Finance where a copy of the Commercial /VAT if applicable / Ministry of finance registrations to be provided with bidding documents.
2. Companies classified as Manufacturers, accredited Wholesalers, and Traders with the relative knowledge and experience of at least five years of good working in trade and supply of tools, hardware, for building, electrical and air conditioning
3. Bidders can confirm that his quoted prices will remain valid for the duration of the Contract.
4. Bidders can deliver the needed quantities within a short time period to all NRC working areas in Lebanon.
