Junior Lawyer AND Research Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct all needed literature review for SEEDS’ activities including on relevant national and international legislations, policies, procedures, etc. following the guidance of SEEDS’ Executive Team.
• Participate in field research when needed
• Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• Law graduate licensed to practice law in Lebanon
• Previous experience in legal research, legal reform, social change is an asset
• Previous experience with an NGO is an asset
• Share SEEDS’ values concerning human rights and freedoms.
• Proficient in Spoken and Written Arabic and English. French is an asset.

This is a full time position for 1 year that can be renewed. Salary is negotiable.
