The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Lebanon, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Frame Agreement for the provision of facility maintenance services, (referred to hereinafter as services) for a period of one year period with the possibility of extension for additional one year.
