Tender- One year frame contract to supply Coffee Break Refreshments - Wadi Khaled (Akkar)

RET LIBAN is an independent, neutral, non-religious, non-political, non-governmental local Lebanese Organization, affiliate to RET GERMANY. RET Liban is requesting offers for the provision of Coffee Break Refreshments. 
Provision of nutritious, high quality and healthy snack kits (Total of 5500 snack kits) between July 2020 and May 2021. Snack kit may include: bottle of water, juice, wafers, biscuits, nuts, etc. The total cost per snack kit must not exceed $3 (Three US Dollars) including delivery + VAT. The snack package shall be presented in Nylon sealed bag. 

The catering services fee shall be invoiced and paid based on the number of units/person delivered.

Interested Catering Companies providing Coffee Break Services/Refreshments who meet the minimum requirements of:
•    Valid registered business/NGO
•    Proven experience and logistical capabilities are invited to respond to this proposal in full. The full proposal includes locations in Wadi Khaled and surroundings for the duration of the service delivery term.
•    Service delivery term is from 15 July 2020 to May 2021 (specific delivery dates and time to be determined later).

How to apply

1.    Bids shall remain valid for 30 days after the date of bid opening.
2.    Submitted in English or Arabic languages
3.    By email to [email protected] or by hand in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked and addressed  to:  RET Liban Office -  Shukri Shoucair Street, Assad Eid Bldg, Third Floor-  Geatawi, Ashrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon (Between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm)
4.    The total per snack kit must not exceed $3 (Three US Dollars) including delivery +VAT11%
5.    Outer envelope/package of your bid must clearly indicate: Peace Building (Project Title), Catering Service Bid, Name of your company, Date of Submission

Each quotation should state the below and addressed to the Procurement Person:
1.    Supplier Name
2.    Quotation Number
3.    Certificates (Registration of the business/NGO, any other health certificates)
4.    If VAT is applicable, please attach a copy of the VAT certificate, or mention the VAT registration no. on your quotation.
5.    Payment Terms
6.    Validity

• If the bidder is successful, This RFQ shall constitute the basis of a supply frame agreement for the services as listed above.
• Bidder’s offer shall remain fix and firm up until end of May 2021.
• Subject to RET LIBAN acceptance of the work performed by the Bidder, payment for goods/services shall be made by check in US Dollars,  between 7 to 15 working days after complete delivery of goods/completion of services provided that the organization has received an appropriate and acceptable original invoice from seller and delivery vouchers duly signed by representatives of both parties.

• Quotations with missing information will be disqualified from participating in this tender.
• If you were not contacted after 20 working days from closing date, then be notified that your quotation was not awarded.

To provide description of the refreshment items, Brand names, Origin (made in), photo or samples of the item offered must be forwarded with the quotation.
An authorized representative of the offerer must sign, stamp and date the quotation, and other relative documents accompanying it.
Note: RET LIBAN will sign a Frame Agreement for the whole period with the selected supplier.
