LRPS-2020-9159589 Tender for Long Term Arrangement for caretakers to care for children separated from their caregivers in COVID 19 isolation centers

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for provision of  Long Term Arrangement for caretakers to care for children separated from caregivers in COVID 19 isolation centers as stipulated in the attached LRFP. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to bid no. LRPS-2020-9159589.

Proposals must be submitted to the following secured email ONLY  ([email protected])  not later than 12:00 hour on 22 July 2020, otherwise it will be considered invalid.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal. The technical proposal does not contain prices.

-Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

 IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (arimlawi@unicef.org & [email protected]) and will not be considered through phone calls by latest 09 July 2020.
• This LTA is targeted for local bidders.
