الوصف: 
  • Understand the Safe Park concept and strategy (be familiar with all the technical documents)
  • Visit and observe several safe parks activities in different regions.
  • Schedule meetings with main actors internally and externally (project manager, community mobilizers, mayors, animators, municipality focal points, children, parents, animators)
  • Develop the evaluation strategy, the objective of the evaluation, the variables, the data collection methodology, the tools, the target population, and the timeframe
  • Execute the data collection needed, in collaboration with the community mobilizers, partners, animators, parents and children
  • Collect the results, compare the data collection and categorize them according to the variables
  • Analyze the results according to the Safe Park concept and strategy, the objectives and outcomes in order to measure the impact and get the result.
  • Share all the results, analysis and recommendations with the program manager and the project manager through a final report
