Consultant for Preparing the designs, specifications and supervising drilling and equipping the well in Douris Village- Baalbeck District

Work willl include but is not limited to:

1. Prepare detailed design and Tender documents (Drawings, BOQ, and Specs following Bekaa water establishment specifications) and all relevant project paperwork, and signs-off on design (i.e. official stamp), approve shop drawings, project implementation plan and material submittals during the implementation of the project, and as built drawings.
2. Site survey and water infrastructure study before the construction of work begins.
3. Support the tender process by providing technical expertise to the panel members (Office based Meeting) - During the selection of the Contractor.
4. Lead on the kick-off meeting with the Contractor and provides the Contractor with issue for Construction drawings (i.e. modified design drawings if applicable), advice on key monitoring milestones - After contractor selection, before work implementation.
5. Support sign-off on monitoring milestones (Supervision of contractors throughout construction period), unless technical challenges require further support (i.e. additional visits) - During Project implementation.
6. Provide updated Progress Certificate for agreed upon milestones (in essence, BOQ updated, signed and stamped) - After Project Implementation.
7. Support the inspection visit by local authorities (Water Establishment, Municipality, etc.) during handover - During project handover-
8. Frequent monitoring visits to the project site.
