The volunteer must :
- Demonstrate a desire and drive to acquire necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to best serve the needs of the Society
- Understands the mission and strategic objectives of the organization
- Earn others’ trust by behaving in an honest, fair, and ethical manner
- Work collaboratively with others to develop positive working relationships
- Accomplishe a task thoroughly
- Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Adopt SIF's values, mission and vision as part of their volunteering requirements
