  • Ensure that the activities are implemented according to the agreement and the requirements of the donor
  • Ensure that the set target is reached within specific time frame set per project
  • Coordinate and meet monthly with the Area Managers regarding the project’s budget, expected activities, targets, regional implementation and others
  • Submit quarterly reports to donors (equivalent to the donor’s requirements)
  • Meet monthly with the operational Director, M&E department and the Internal Auditor
  • Review all documents related to the project (financial reports, area mangers action plan, HR documents, technical guidance notes sent by the donor)
  • Ensure quarterly a proper management of budget is being implemented through the financial tracking sheet, and take the needed corrective actions in case of underspending and overspending
  • Report on a monthly basis to the Operational Director when it comes to project implementation
  • Conduct field/regional visits to ensure that donor requirements are being implemented (communication & visibility requirements, logistical requirements and others)
  • Explore potential partnerships with stakeholders relevant to the project in the region
  • Attend regular meetings with donors, partners and teams
  •  Follow up quarterly (as needed) with program managers regarding the activities on the project
  • Give the final approval regarding expenditures on the project for HQ
  • Stay updated about the Child Protection sector
  • Discuss the vision of the project with the program and department managers prior to drafting the project
  • Monitor new call for proposal
