Senior Expert to Conduct Assessment for local CBOs at the North Governorate of Lebanon

The Lebanese Foundation for Permanent Civil Peace (LFPCP) is seeking a short-term technical assistance by a senior-assessment expert to provide and conduct a rapid assessment of 20-30 pre-selected local CBOs and groups at the different districts (Qada) of North Governorate of Lebanon through an assessment tool the consultant should develop. 

The principal objective of this assignment is to develop and conduct an assessment on institutional capacities and conflict transformation and social cohesion capacities for pre-identified CBOs and Local Organizations located in Northern governorate of Lebanon- T5 (Tripoli, Al-Koura, Batroun, Bcharre, Zgharta and Minieh-Dannieh). A number of up to 20-30 CBOs (at least 4 from each district and from different sectors of intervention) will be identified to participate in the capacity building programme, as foreseen by the project.

This Activity within the framwork of (UDP_NL) project that is commissioned by Federal Republic of Germany and co-financed by the European Union.
