1. Office and Learning Center Support

    1. Responsible for selection and procurement of all equipment, furniture and materials for both the office and project locations
    2. Responsible for design and arrangement of ADRA's Learning Centers to ensure they are safe and Child Friendly
    3. Organise meetings and statutory events (e.g. Parents Meetings, Workshops, Capacity Building Trainings) – arrangement of booking venues, arranging logistics, preparing of refreshments; and preparing materials to support the event
    4. Administer all payments for the office and projects, ensuring all payments follow ADRA’s Financial Policy, paid on time; following budget plans; and all other duties.
    5. Maintain and schedule a calendar for staff, drivers and janitors
    6. Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
    7. Organize filing of all ADRA documents; create a monthly inventory.

2. Leadership and Teamwork: be an effective team member

    1. Providing cover for colleagues during periods of annual leave and absence from the office
    2. Applying your knowledge and feedback from others to contribute to service improvement
    3. Provide training and support to staff on ADRA’s policies and any other that may be needed

3. General accountabilities

    1. Comply with individual responsibilities for health and safety in the workplace including taking action to reduce the risk to self and others and contributing to the maintenance of a health and safe working environment
    2. Assist  Managers in ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff and visitors
    3. Ensure that all duties and services are provided in accordance with the ADRA’s standards, policies and procedures
    4.  Take accurate minutes of meetings
