ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) partner in the SABIL consortium, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following description of the works/products:
ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Document package (drawings, Bid Condition, technical, general specifications, etc.) (in English) should be collected free of charge by all interested bidders by sending an email to request the documents to the following email with the name of the company and the representative [email protected] ss [email protected] before 25/05/2020
A mandatory site visit is organized on 27/05/2020 and interested bidders are requested to send an email with the name of the representative and their phone number on [email protected] CC [email protected] with the subject “Registration to attend site visit on 27/05/2020” before 25/052020. ACTED reserves the right to cancel or modify the site visits.
The eligible companies will be only the ones who will provide the below information clearly:
a. Establishment projects in the value of at least two million USD during the last five years.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted no later than 15/06/2020 (June 15th 2020) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in two (2) sealed separate envelopes or two (2) separate Emails (1- offer form 2-all other related and requested documents) to [email protected], cc: [email protected]. Late bids will automatically be rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on the 16th of June 2020 (exact time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut or online depending on the country’s circumstances. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
