NRC: INVITATION TO TENDER - SUPPLY OF 5146 FOOD PARCELS CONTRACT REF.: 20-BEI-0005 : دعوة مناقصة توريد ٥١٤٦ سلة غذائية - رقم المناقصة
1. TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC BEING MEMBER OF THE LPC (LEBANESE PROTECTION CONSORTIUM) THAT IS FUNDED BY EUROPEAN UNION CIVIL PROTECTION AND HUMANITARIAN AID-ECHO WISHES TO RECEIVE BIDS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD PARCELS STARTING FROM MAY 2020.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible bidders are:
- Companies registered in the Ministry of Finance where a copy of the Commercial /VAT / Ministry of finance registrations to be provided with bidding documents.
- Companies classified as Manufacturers, accredited Wholesalers, and Traders with the relative knowledge and experience of at least five years of good working in trade and supply of food items.
- Bidders can confirm that his quoted prices will remain valid for the duration of the Contract.
- Bidders can deliver the needed quantities within a short time period that goes from 3 to 10 days.

3. TENDER DOCUMENTS:

4. TENDER SUBMISSION: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
NRC Beirut Office, Finance Dpt. 10th flr. Weavers Center, Clemenceau, Beirut, Lebanon.
5. CLOSING DATE:
Closing date for requesting tender documents by interested bidders is May 4, 2020 at 15:00
6. SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Deadline for bids submission along with samples is May 05, 2020 at 13:00
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
