NRC: INVITATION TO TENDER - EQUIPPING OF AITA EL FOUKHAR BOREHOLE IN BEKAA - 20-Bei-0004 (EXTENDED) دعوة مناقصة تجهيز بئر في عيتا الفخار في البقاع

1.    TENDER PURPOSE: 

NRC Funded by EU Regional Trust Fund “MADAD” wishes to receive bids for the equipping of a borehole in Aita El Foukhar in Bekaa.

2.    ELIGIBILITY:

2.1.      Eligible bidders are:

           
i.         Lebanese Contractors classified as First Degree Contractor for Water Project with the Ministry of Energy and Water, AND/OR

         
ii.         Three stars classified contractor (civil works) with the Lebanese Council for Development and Reconstruction in Lebanon(CDR).

 2.2.      Required Experience:

i.      Particular experience within
the past three years as the Prime Contractor in the construction of, at least,
two successfully handed over projects of minimum individual value of (1,000,000
USD) One Million United States dollars in the last three years within Lebanon.

ii.     Particular experience withinthe past five years as Prime Contractor in the construction of, at least, three successfully handed over projects of a nature and complexity similar to the works exceeding (500,000 USD) Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars per project and in addition to the projects submitted in support of Point (i) above. Experience as a subcontractor will not be considered.

iii.    General experience of a minimum of 10 years in Construction of Infrastructure projects. The Contractor must provide evidence showing the required number of years and is requested to complete the attached qualification Form 2 included in the ITB. 

Proof of satisfactory completion of any submitted projects shall berequired in the form of a signed Completion Certificate from the contracting authority for the works. Any projects submitted without a Completion Certificate will not be considered by the Tender Committee.
